If you are one of the daily commuters in Manila, then you probably knew how heavy the traffic is, on the main roads so instead of using the 'usual' public vehicles, you'd rather book a Grab or an Uber ride for you to be able to reach your destination without any hassle.
Aside from the fact that Grab and Uber are both heaven-sent, they also have drivers who are doing more than what they are asked to do! In fact, a netizen named Leonor has recently shared her inspiring encounter with a Grab driver.

According to Leonor, she had to transfer her ill cousin to another private hospital in Sta.Mesa since unnamed hospital in San Juan had no vacancy in its intensive care unit (ICU) and they had to prepare for a possible ICU Admission. The previous hospital can't let them use an ambulance because they just signed a waiver to be able to release the patient and to transfer her to another hospital.
So, Leonor has decided to do the last option, she booked a GrabCar trip to San Juan. She noted that she has an oxygen tank with her so she thought that the driver would cancel the trip. But he didn't. In fact, he even helped Leonor in putting everything inside the car.
The Grab Driver who was identified as Noriel Gaveria showed them what a real guardian angel is.
Leonor stated that she pleaded the driver to book another trip from San Juan to Sta. Mesa to transfer her cousin but then the driver canceled the booking but still chose to bring them to their destination.

When they reached their hospital, they tried giving them one thousand pesos to pay for the ride and also for his kind act. Surprisingly, the driver refused to accept the payment.
Because of his kind heart, Leonor asked him if he could still drive her home and she'd just pay for the trip because she still has the oxygen tank with her, and again, Noriel agreed.
When she's finally home, Leonor paid him for his efforts and kind acts during such distressing time.
In the latter part of her post, she pleaded everyone to give Noriel Gaveria a five-star rating and a commendation if they would ever ride his car.
